Commenting on becoming a finalist, Jessica Hampson, said:
“It’s a fantastic feeling to be recognised by EVAS for the community we have all built and love at CEL Solicitors, from the Beyoncé room to our Fun Fridays, there’s something for everyone.
My background in law was “old, stale and male” and so I’ve worked really hard to disrupt the legal industry and create a firm that truly represents and nourishes the individual whilst still delivering excellent legal and client services.
It’s important to be a visible female leader; someone who has enjoyed kids and a career in law and can pave the way for others to follow and carve out their own path, as everyone has a voice and makes an impact at CEL!”
