Rob joined the Brief Claims in 2023 as Director of Information and Technology, working with both in-house teams and external service providers to identify new areas of innovation, provide high-level technical support and expertise, and to enhance the digital security of the firm.
Since leaving school, Rob’s career has always revolved around technology. At just 16, Rob set up a computer consultancy, and, over the next decade, his career continued to grow and diversify. When his company merged with D2F Group, a specialist e-commerce company, Rob transitioned to IT Director. Here, clients included Pimms, Lords Cricket Ground, The FA, UFC and Harlequins Rugby. Rob was also involved in the London Olympics 2012 Retail ensuring connectivity and security for the retail sales.
After leaving D2F, Rob joined LMS, a conveyancing panel management company. Here he was responsible for operational IT and security, during which time he and his colleagues worked alongside high street banks to ensure security compliance.
In his spare time, Rob enjoys DIY projects, cars and Lego. He enjoys spending time with his wife, two children and many animals.
