Laura joined the Brief Claims family, in the Summer of 2020, as the company embarked on its ambitious growth plans. She brings with her over 18 years’ experience, in marketing and communications, all of which has been spent within the professional services sector. Originally focused on financial services, Laura eventually swapped accountants for solicitors, and has spent much of the last decade working in the legal services sector – most notable for Hampson Hughes Solicitors. Her goal, with support from her team, is to ensure The Brief Claims is a household name and the number one law firm for civil litigation.
Day to day, Laura has recently been liaising with television and radio suppliers as the firm launches its first mass marketing campaigns. In addition to building the brand, the team is focused on generating new work. Activity is concentrated on digital advertising, with Laura overseeing spend and performance. At The Brief Claims we believe we do things a little differently so telling our story, through the website and social media, is also really important. Committed to future growth, the team has just doubled in size.
