Jake brings extensive experience in the business process outsourcing sector, having held senior positions in both client and operational delivery roles across private and public sectors. He has overseen contractual performance and delivery for large contact centres, managing teams ranging from 100 to 600 individuals across various locations including South Africa, Romania, and the UK.
His expertise also includes change management, leading transformation projects for well-known brands such as River Island, Argos & Sainsbury’s, Moonpig, and NHS services, focusing on technology, people, and process improvements.
Outside of work, Jake enjoys spending time with his two miniature Yorkshire terriers, Peppa and Pablo.
