Brady joined the Brief Claims in early 2022 following 10 years’ experience working in finance – 6 years of which were in the legal sector. Prior to joining the the Brief Claims team, Brady worked at a large law firm where he progressed from an Accounts Assistant to Management Accountant, and then to Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A). In his current role, Brady works with various areas of the Brief Claims, ensuring that each department has the resources needed to implement strategic plans and reach its goals – whether that be through the creation of reports and dashboards or analysis of staffing levels and caseloads.
According to Brady, his biggest achievement to date was setting up a social mobility network, aiming to help employees from lower socioeconomic backgrounds progress into more senior roles. In his free time, Brady loves to travel. He is a die-hard Everton supporter who enjoys going to watch his team play. As a big music fan, he also enjoys attending gigs and festivals.
